Ingredients
1 cup almond butter or cashew butter
½ cup cacao powder
½ cup agave nectar
¼ cup cacao butter
2 tablespoons virgin coconut butter/oil
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
¼ teaspoon sea salt
½ cup organic walnuts
¼ cup coconut (dried; optional)
Recipe Directions
FUDGE
1. In a double broiler with a very low flame, slowly melt the cocoa butter with the coconut butter until liquefied.
2. Add all the ingredients, except the walnuts and dried coconut, to a food processor or blender and combine slowly. You can also mix it by hand with a whisk.
3. If you want to use the walnuts or dried coconut or other ingredients like dried cherries, gently fold them into the batter by hand.
4. Pour the batter into a square glass cake pan or brownie pan.
5. Place the pan in the fridge for several hours until it firms up.
6. With a knife, cut up the fudge into 2 inch squares or any other shape or size and transfer to a serving plate to indulge.
EMH's Thoughts
ByEMHThis healthy treat is very versatile with different ingredients and measurements. Play around with it.
You may prefer to try other butters with it like cashew or macadamia nut. Or leave out the coconut if you don’t like the subtle coconut flavor.
However, I find the addition of the coconut butter to make it far lighter and creamier.

He/she said very low flame, so it's still raw. Cacao butter is very hard to melt, unless you put it n the dehydrator overnight.
EMH - you should site the original creators of this recipe. I've seen this on the Greenchef's website, are you the author who posted it on Greenchef's? Just wondering. :)

Here is my revised version of this recipe:
½ cup almond butter
½ cup coconut butter
2 tablespoons coconut oil
½ cup Cacao Powder
½ cup Agave Nectar
½ vanilla bean, scraped
¼ teaspoon celtic sea salt
½杯切碎的核桃
¼ cup shredded coconut
Combine the first 3 ingredients in a glass container with a lid, and place the container in a larger container filled with hot water. Once the contents have melted (about 5 min), stir them around a little (for the almond butter to liquify a little bit more). Then add the rest of the ingredients, stir, and put the container in the fridge for a couple of hours.
This is the best raw chocolate I have ever tried in my life. It gets quite solid in the fridge, and is so delicious with the chopped walnuts. Also, it's quite rich, so you won't be able to eat the whole container in one night!

To all those who read this recipe - It was not my intention to try and mislead anyone concerning the Authorship of this or any other recipe I post in the future. My apologies in advance, as it was very very late when I posted the last recipes and inadvertently omitted the source.

Where is the cacoa butter in this recipe - you have cacoa powder listed, is that what you're referring to?
